- നിങ്ങളുടെ വാഹനത്തിന്റെ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ RC യിലെ മൊബൈൽ നമ്പർ add ചെയ്യുവാനും അതുപോലെ നിലവിൽ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള മൊബൈൽ നമ്പർ update ചെയ്യുവാനും ഓൺലൈനായി സാധിക്കും. നിങ്ങൾ വാഹനത്തിന്റെ RC യുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഈ മൊബൈൽ നമ്പറിലേക്കാണ് നിങ്ങൾക്ക് വാഹനസംബന്ധമായ അറിയിപ്പുകൾ RTO യിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നത്. (example: വാഹനത്തിന് ലഭിക്കുന്ന പിഴകൾ മെസ്സേജ് ആയി ചെല്ലാൻ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പടെ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഫോണിൽ വരുന്നത്.)
It is possible to add mobile number to RC of your vehicle and update existing mobile number online.You will receive vehicle related notifications from RTO on this mobile number which you will link with RC of the vehicle. An example is sending traffic fines as messages to your phone.
How to add/update the mobile number of a vehicle/RC?

For this visit Parivahan's website (link below). On the website, under Vehicle Related Services, click on the More button in the Vehicle Registration section.Select the state name in which your vehicle is registered in the section "select state name" in vehicle related services.After filling the form using the vehicle registration number or using the Registering Authority on the screen that says choose option to avail services, click on the button Proceed. Click on Mobile number update button under online services. Now check if the state where your vehicle is registered is in the list of states. If yes click on Proceed button.
Then enter the Vehicle Registration number, chassis number, Engine number, Registration date, Registration/fitness valid upto date in the update mobile number section (All these information are available in the RC of the vehicle.) Then click on Show details button.Now the vehicle's Owner name, Father's/Husband name, current address and Mobile number will be displayed. If you have not added your mobile number yet, the mobile number section will be blank, then type your mobile number there.If the mobile number has already been given, type the new mobile number you intend to give in the RMN of Vehicle owner / Entered Mobile number of vehicle owner section. Then click on Generate OTP button.In the alert box that comes now, you will see that OTP has been generated and sent to registered mobile number, close that alert box. Then type the OTP code that appears on the mobile in the Enter OTP field. Then click on Save details button.
Now you can see that Mobile number has been updated successfully. The mobile number of our vehicle / RC has been updated.
