- In this video we test 6 different insulated bottles to help you find the best insulated water bottle for you. We test cold liquids, hot liquids, durability, cup holder fit and more. The bottles we test are Yeti, Hydro Flask and Hydro Flask Trail Series, Miir, Wyld Gear and RTIC.
I appreciate your scientific approach and graph! Nothing beats real objective data.
surprised you didn't include any made in the USA ones, and the triple walled insulated
That wasn't by design. Any triple wall bottles that you would recommend?
Your production value doesn't match your subscriber base. I've really enjoyed this video and the one before it about nomadix towels. Great job and thanks!
Thank you!
Just my 2¢ :- key features for a good temperature retention comes from a good well insulated caps/lid other than just the vessel it self , even though they have tested for quality assurance right from the factory but faulty occur usually during shipment & distribution mishaps is sometimes inevitable , ones comes with no defects - you're just lucky ! 😅
I agree, I think a good lid makes a big difference.
Did you fill to the top for hot beverage tests?
Yes
18/8 represents the percentage of other metals in relation to the steel-- 18% chromium and 8% nickel. So it's not actually a fraction.
Thank you for watching and sharing! This is very helpful and makes sense. I cut 2 of them open and the thickness of the walls were different.
What the heck happened to the MiiR bottle? Looks like you ran it over.
Haha, you are right.
In "part 2" I did some drop testing.
Aren’t you drinking off a surface that your handling and is exposed to everything with the Miir. Idk seems weird to me, not digging that
Fair point, definitely something to keep in mind.
no Stanley? oki i am leaving
For your lazy Americans, like me- Please use Ounces instead of grams? Thanks.g
Good feedback, I should include different units. I do find that beneficial when I'm watching other's videos.
@@therobbyreport9235 Thanks. I believe the U.S. is about the only nation using ounces, inches and pounds.g
He must be Canadian
They sound like us, but use Celsius 😆
It's like the UK with stone
One stone is 14 lbs
