So they reach 225 pretty fast, meanwhile majority of the player base emerald and below are bad at last hitting and trading so it takes them around 27-30 mins to reach final form. The nerfs she is getting won't be killing her completely for pro I feel like as 275 stach there takes around 25 min to reach and the exacute nerf. But for low elo players she will be another another useless champ.
