@@rachellemarie9291 You should read the book, ''Labyrinth'' by Randall Sullivan, it's a great book and the movie City Of Lies was based on it. As far as Puff not riding in the same SUV as Big, I think that maybe you might be thinking too much into it, yes. Because if you read Labyrinth, the book goes into pretty in-depth and incredible detail about the night that Biggie was murdered and how Puff ran up to the vehicle that Big was in, opened the door and saw Biggie slumped over with his eyes wide open, his tongue hanging out of his mouth and bleeding out of his jacket and how he started frantically freaking out when he tried to talk to Big and B.I.G. didn't respond, that doesn't sound like someone who would've set Biggie up. For starters, like I've said before, having seen some of the movies that Puff has acted in, I don't think that he's that good enough of an actor to fake that kind of visceral emotional reaction. It was a business relationship and they made each other rich and like B.I.G.'s mother said, they weren't really friends but I do feel like Puff genuinely liked Big and cared about him.
For nothing. BIG died for NOTHING! This sh*t just hurt my heart to hear him have to relive that moment. I don't think I ever viewed hip hop the same after this. Damn shame!
These security failures in both Pac & Biggie's deaths. Both were riding on the front passenger side, instead of in the back in the middle. Just beyond dumb.
Idk about biggie but everybody that know pac know there's no convincing him to hop in the backseat.. he was too reckless ..and he prolly had it coming cuz they jumped a gangbanger earlier that night.. biggie tho was just too sudden. Almost like an assassination ..
I know everything is always clearer in hindsight. But Big needed security and a van not a truck. Big wasn’t an underground mixtape rapper. This was a huge figure. Protect him at all cost.
@Danny Dreadnought that’s true. But Tupac’s murder was still fresh on everyone’s minds. Pac was the proof that a rapper on top of the game can get shot up, go to jail and get murdered.

I'm a die hard Pac fan through and through. Favorite rapper of all time. This was sad to watch. As sad as it was when Pac passed. This is what happens when someone dies senselessly. Forget the music. Lives are impacted. There is a huge ripple effect that emanates from those closest to them, out to the rest of the World. Pride and Ego is killing more people today then Cancer, Covid, and anything else. 99% percent of the bullets that kill you have a Pride and or Ego stamp on the shell casings. If there is so much "hate" for another person, that you need to commit violence against them, then you need to settle it with an "old fashion fist fight". Not condoning it, but you can always go back and apologize to the man you gave a Black Eye too. And buy him a beer. But when they dead, they dead.
I was in the 7th grade at the time. I remember walking downstairs to get ready to leave to the bus stop so I can go to school and my moms said hey biggie smalls was killed last night. I couldn’t believe it! That’s all everyone was talking about at school. We played hypnotized on the school bus radio when we was coming home from school everyone was wild’n for BIG! RIP!!!
So basically all I’m getting from this interview is Biggie moved to California 3 months after 2 PAC was murdered and they thought it was ok to not have Biggie ride with security, but Diddy rode with security 🤔 the biggest artist who had the biggest beef in rap history rode with a minor and driver who didn’t pull off after the first gun shot🤔 I believe Gene Deal story a lot more now because Lil Cease acting like they had no clue they were a target when in Biggie’s movie he was even getting phone calls of death threats, even heard a interview when he said he always feels paranoid like someone’s trying to kill him. I believe Cease doesn’t come out because it’ll affect his money.

@@Eternaldayz daaang. Wait, who was driving? I been meaning to see that one, City of Lies. Last month I finished watching Unsolved the series about biggie & Tupac murders. Have you seen it? Based on the original detectives who investigated into the case. It was wild. They put all the information together as a whole, piece by piece. I don’t need to tell you, you already know hella people were involved…Atleast that’s what they’re saying. LAPD still trying to cover it up. Makes me hella mad. Also, do you find it weird that Puff & Big didn’t ride together in the same SUV. Maybe I’m thinking too much into it or maybe that was on purpose…,
Wtf this Gene Deal security is saying Biggie tried to leave Bad Boy? what the heck, that’s the first I heard that. They said the same thing about Tupac trying to leave death row…🤔 🤔

Damn shame!
All deaths are sad but this one was the saddest in rap history rest in peace 2 the 🐐
Pac's passing affected me more personally. Rip to both hip hop Kings.....
Lil Cease looks very focus during this interview and carefully answering questions
ok?
Yep…he knows not to say too much…

Big coached him well he not trying get xed next 🤫 🤐
These security failures in both Pac & Biggie's deaths. Both were riding on the front passenger side, instead of in the back in the middle. Just beyond dumb.
Idk about biggie but everybody that know pac know there's no convincing him to hop in the backseat.. he was too reckless ..and he prolly had it coming cuz they jumped a gangbanger earlier that night.. biggie tho was just too sudden. Almost like an assassination ..
1996/7 I was in 11th grade. That shit ROCKED me. He was THE SOUNDTRACK for our junior prom.
"just do it man" biggie last words according to Big Gene when dude in the car said we're going to get you to the hospital.
I’m convinced Lil cease is a vampire, he’s every bit of 45 and still looks 26, he’s a vampire for sure
@@jetla22 Bob Marley looked like he was 50 bruh
I know everything is always clearer in hindsight. But Big needed security and a van not a truck. Big wasn’t an underground mixtape rapper. This was a huge figure. Protect him at all cost.
@Danny Dreadnought that’s true. But Tupac’s murder was still fresh on everyone’s minds. Pac was the proof that a rapper on top of the game can get shot up, go to jail and get murdered.
True, same for pac.
@Danny Dreadnought that’s dumb my guy He just said “ Puffy trunk rolled up and him and his security left “ How tf the flashy ass Producer ,manager Get security but not the money maker
@@Aenkor1982 noooo bro that shit is not true Listen to me If kid n play had fucking security why tf is gangsta rappers not having security , Pac was just a alpha who had a ego to big for security, death row was security , little did he know they were the cause of his death too
Weird how Gene seems to be the only one that said Big did say a few words after getting shot.
I can still remember the night BIG was taken. It was another state of shock. So soon after PAC was taken. BIG and PAC were both shining stars that had the world in their hands. Its still so hard to believe that people that are so powerful, influential, and have a huge following can be taken from us. Just a tragedy. I wish they were both still here today straight up. I miss them both dearly and I didnt even know either one of them.
I was watchin biggie’s death report one day and it’s say he got hit 5 times but it’s was the 5th bullet that killed him if it was 4 he would of been with us today with a limp wild how crazy this shit we call life is RIP BIGGIE🙏🕊🖤
How they know in what order the bullets went in him tho? Like how they know that the "5th" bullet wasn't from the first or second shot?
@@ThatRapperGuyParis they don’t know when the shots where taken in what order but they know the placement and they assume the 5th shot was the kill shot
The bullet that went in his side ricocheted and pierced his heart
He was riding in the front passenger seat of a Chevrolet Suburban when another vehicle pulled up beside his and someone opened fire.
Wallace was shot four times, according to the autopsy report.
The fatal bullet entered his right hip and ripped through several organs, including his liver, heart and lung. The other bullets struck Wallace in his left forearm, his back and his left thigh.
Damn.... Still bump Big till this day. Long live Big.
Big got hit 4 times, 3 bullets were non-life threatening. The fatal bullet pierced his abdominal region went upward through his entire chest cavity piercing his colon, lungs, & heart before it rested in his left shoulder. He died from internal bleeding due to that according to his autopsy that came out in 2012.
How is that even possible smh
What the fuck, sound like the bullet flew everywhere in homie

Puffy and his “coincidences” his car just happen to decide to speed through the light while Big is left behind in far more danger in LA then him
We now knew that was the bodyguard gene deal's quick thinking cuz he had a call earlier that day that told him to "Vest up" than hung up, anyway he was with puff and he told the driver to speed thro The next 3 red lights and indicated for biggie's car to follow but they didn't notice cuz they was talking to some chicks across the street.. then the impala pulled up and boom .. that's the long story short ..

Such a sad thing to talk about, rest in peace Big.

Yeah he had a dope voice
Definitely. He had a nice solo project.

Crazy that biggie has been passed away longer than he lived now
17yr old whiteboy from bensonhurst brooklyn that cried on March 9th 1997 when I read it on the front page of the daily news..
Still fishy that only him was shot in the car that night. Most times drive by shooting is sporadic. We will never know the truth for sure. SMH
Rest well B.I.G🙏🏼
I hope one day Cease gets an interview where the topic is about him.

I couldn’t believe it! That’s all everyone was talking about at school. We played hypnotized on the school bus radio when we was coming home from school everyone was wild’n for BIG! RIP!!!
Why no one never interviewed the drivers ?
Everything cease said I always keep thinking about the Notorious movie (2009) like literally same scenes. Crazy
In retrospect notorious is a good movie
Much Love To Lil Cease 💙 R.I.P Big
It might sounds crazy but Cease retelling the story a part of me is hoping that the end will be different. Its weird.
The part where Puff’s truck ran threw the traffic light sticks out to me…
This story never gets easier to listen to. I cried like baby that day 😭 for the 🐐.... I was in shock 🤔
So basically all I’m getting from this interview is Biggie moved to California 3 months after
2 PAC was murdered and they thought it was ok to not have Biggie ride with security, but Diddy rode with security 🤔 the biggest artist who had the biggest beef in rap history rode with a minor and driver who didn’t pull off after the first gun shot🤔 I believe Gene Deal story a lot more now because Lil Cease acting like they had no clue they were a target when in Biggie’s movie he was even getting phone calls of death threats, even heard a interview when he said he always feels paranoid like someone’s trying to kill him. I believe Cease doesn’t come out because it’ll affect his money.
Rest in peace the greatest of all time

One of the most important questions this guy should’ve asked Cease was did Gene Deal really warn them at Andre Harrell’s house that he got a call that something was going down that night?
ANd he did not ask Cease to clear up the speculation about who he saw shoot BIG.
The way he's telling the story makes me feel like puff set that shit up 🤷🏾♂️ left the club first, blows a red light, then circles back when it's all done. Idk maybe it's just the conspiracy theorist in me

I always thought the Opps told Puff its either you or B.I.G. and Puff sold out and gave up BIG and been making money off him ever since...🙏
He held back those tears reliving that shit. It always kills me tho whenever this story is told they say Puff ran the light and Big car stopped at the light. Like Puff knew . Why would you ever pull off on the biggest artist in rap and leave him at the light . Right before this car starts shooting. Never makes sense when I hear it.
Puff didn’t know..his Bodyguard Gene Deal was the one who told the driver “Run the Red Light Kenny” run the red light..if they didn’t listen to him Puff would’ve been the one who got shot..
