So I added extra butter and roasted the pepper flakes before I added the garlic And then I waited until everything was pretty much done and added the pasta water and it tastes AMAZING
I just made this! Sooo yummy but my one advice is if it’s a pretty salty ramen pack like a chicken one maybe use half because you’re not using it for broth and the noodles so it’s pretty condensed without the water. So be aware of the salt!!
