@4:13 level is everything. Higher levels open access to weapons with higher damage and to stronger grenades, also lvl 20+ if is grouped with few more of similar level will understand importance of advancing in packs while even if you are max level and you have pack of low levels they won't stay together.
I spent some time on SM1 pvp back in the days, which was super fun (there used to be a capture the flag mode, that could be a nice addition to SM2). My thoughts on SM2 pvp: - matchmaking could be more balanced - we need to be able to mute players individually, just as in Operations. So many ppl with open mic and insane noises or music. Havent found a way but to put my chat volume to 0. - i like the map design in SM2, having 1 or 2 more would be nice. - low armor classes could have a slightly higher speed movement to compensate their weakness. Just an idea - sometimes the heavy feels op. Giving him 3 lines of armor instead of 4 could fix it. But good pvp experience overall in my opinion
i feel like the only thing that is hurting pvp is the lack of maps and cosmetics and a rotation of 5 or 8 maps i feel like is a good goal for the devs.
No. Matchmaking could be also awful when you get team full of 20+ vs people under 10lv. There are alo server stability problems, random disconnections and so on. Last thing is quick match pulling people into matches that will end in matter of second or minute. I'm more loading than fighting, losing time. Best matches are close ones but it is rare. Mostly you trash or being trashed which doesn't add anything positive to the experience
I think PvP is the beat part by half a mile. The PvE has a lot of good things, big and small, and just enough bafflingly terrible things to almost ruin it. The devs have been receptive and responsive so far, though.
Grinded to PVP LVL25 3 days after early access. All classes at max before day 8. You can mute ppl. I play on Xbox really easy to do, some think you cant. PVP is so good the classes are fair. Tac bul sniper and heavy are very powerful. Van was really good before nerf. If you're a good communcator with squad assault is good too. Heavy plas blast can insta kill close around corner so be careful. Dont change anything its amazing. Even when i unlock all weap skins ill still play, so good. I only wish could match make with six ppl, randoms are always worse cause comm loss if no mic
I would love to see a ranked game mode in pvp where reaching the highest ranks could give you cosmetics similar to the helmet you get from completing the new difficulty in operations.
its really good as a casual drop in drop out pvp. But, yea would love to see some more maps and more varied maps. and some more customization options esp for chaos. would like to see a few classes get some more weapon options maybe, I mostly play van and assault because of movement shinanigans and they both kinda feel super limited on weapon variety.
I was initially turned off by PvP until I got the COD mentality out of my head. The PvP offers a very satisfying experience due to the strategy involved. My brother and I have just really started to dig into the depth of it just recently. I think if people would open their minds a little and drop the COD mentality they would find it very fun. Also learn your class, try and learn from how you are sucking and what to do differently. My only criticism is they need to fix the randomization on quick match and mixing up the teams. Sometimes I will get stuck playing the same game mode and same team over and over again.
I enjoy the PVP but of course there a issues, the servers still need fixes because my god the ping I reach is abysmal and the matchmaking needs tweaks because you end up with team with low levels and the enemy team with high levels in most occasions. I think assault needs a little nerf because if the assault knows what he's doing and a good team(again the matchmaking problem) He can demolish the enemy team
Sometimes I really think people don't know what the word "compare" means. Individuals suggesting that sm2 pvp CAN'T be compared to any other foundationally/focused pvp game is an interesting take, it's wrong take but still interesting.
Honestly, pvp is pretty balanced. All they really have to do is give us more ultimate skills that are cool and weapons. And nerf the stun grenade by taling away the flash aspect and just make a dedicated flash grenade i dont think a concussion grenade should have a DOT slow and flash affect all in one weapon
For me the only real issue is the connectivity. I have low ping really consistently but sometimes game are just laggy as hell regardless and I really can't figure out the reason. It kinda feels like insane package loss, but only SOMETIMES. It's weird.
My problem with the pvp: I have enough maximum attention and quick reaction situations IRL, I don't need them further exhausted and stressed in a game I want to play for fun. So, aside from doing pvp for the achievement, nope.
I've never played a more difficult pvp in my life and I played fucking cod games all my life and they're filled with lags, glitches, hackers, and SSBM OEMM. But this game takes the cake guns are useless. onlymelee is good and I can't block melee attacks half the time.
@ I don’t give a fuck bro I know I suck at it why would I waste my time playing an online game that only caters to die hard fans who play 24/7 and stream. I work a 9-5 five days a week bro I don’t care if I suck at the game I just wanna play casual matches bro.
It is horrid here in the asian servers tho. The chinese hackers are numerous and abundant. A game without a speedhacking, infinite grenade spamming assault is a rare sight and when you do get one when a few guys drop the lobby you get the off chance they're replaced with one of the hackers.
The pvp is just really underwhelming and just not much there. Its a nice little bonus, 6v6 is just kinda lame when SM1 had 8v8, exterminatus modes for loyalist and chaos with a bunch of maps and the dreadnaught assualt mode. Yes its not fair to be bringing up all the extra dlc SM1 got over its year of life. But the devs have said recently its too much work to add new melee weapons etc as dumb as that sounds. But then they were also asking the community for ideas for future content.? So which is it ? I guess by season 4 is going to be what we shuda got in the first place but such is modern gaming I guess. Its a pve game first and pvp second-ish

your kidding me that's why I die even though i shoot first????? I'm deleting the game

Agreed, especially muting lol! It is a pain.
PvP is quite fun. I find it balanced, simple in a good way and the low respawn time keeps you constantly in the fight.

A good mix of both seems to hit the spot! But I can get in a bit of a PVP binge lol!

I wish i had some cosmetic rewards for PvP

Agreed, hopefully we get more weapons!
I need gore like gears of war in PvP

Ive been getting pretty interested in this game
It is amazing! It feels intense most times, but you can also find moments to breath in the atmosphere.

You avoid conflict. Got it.
@@khamid1 When your job involves a 70-80% chance epr day to get into conflict, you tend not to want to bring your work home
@@momqabt I found your problem, you rationalise a skill issue as conflict.
It's fun a bit basic and bare bones but not much incentive to play. Would be nice to have things to unlock.
I played it to unlock the cosmetic options. More things to unlock would of course be great though, but it was great incentive.
Need match making

Burst rifle and jetpack and shock nads need nerfs objective fact maybe not huge ones but they need to all be nerfed
