Thank you for being so open about this. Please don't use ozempic. My wife used to work in the medical field and doctors have told her that you're only supposed to use that stuff if you've already been diagnosed with diabetes. Taking it for weight loss is a shortcut, no different than steriods for weightlifters. Yes men suffer from body dismorphia too. AJ McLean said that he did on your podcast too, and i know he was being open and vulnerable. Not saying anyone else wasn't, just leaving it right there.

I knew some professional ballet dancers, excellent at their craft but, they constantly worried about their weight. The Ballet Company hired a nutritionist because the dancers were not eating properly and injuries became an issue.

You’re beautiful and we truly don’t know the long term effects of ozempic and because of the acid reflux it’s likely to cause throat cancer. I was a proam dancer and had my own tumbling and dance studio and my proam’s my coaches wife was horrible to me because I was built with muscles and after quitting I blew up and gained 75lbs but have lost 50lbs over 6 years and still working on it. My sister passed away from breast cancer and it was awful to watch it take over her body. What’s the point of being the skinniest girl at your cancer treatments?! Hold off and I pray you keep holding off on trying it. You’ll never be able to not be in it and could definitely cause a whole host of digestive issues. What a shame how they torture us women. I’m trying to not want Botox but it is so hard when everyone’s doing it not to jump on things as well. Oh and looking back on those photos is heartbreaking as well because I looked awesome! It’s too bad the things others put in our heads and if not them then ourselves. I was so proud to turn 50 and make it a half century and now just two years more and mental health thoughts creep in.
