I've been through burnout so many times... I had it again last week... I don't do a lot of social... but I do know how you feel so much... Right now, I'm listening to an old song that I used to listen to when I was younger. It helps... especially my faith in God. I do have a friend who I have dedicated time with during the week... and I do try to go Bachata dancing... just a few things... Love you Cheryl and hang in there...
You just described my entire last month to a tee, that's exactly what's been going on for me! I think I'm the combination of the 2nd and 3rd type of burnout that you listed. We've been hit with a lot of challenges this year and it's taking its toll. I sprained my knee at work so I've been home recovering the last few days, and it's great to get a little downtime, but at the same time I need to get well and get back to work.
