I know it's been two years, but great vedio. I had a question about how you get that much travel on the trail? Did you remove the steering stabilizer in the front, and if you did, how does it drive on the road getting to the trails? Thanks!
Was wondering if you think it's possible to run 35s with the stock front bumper with extensive trimming? Seems like all the aftermarket front bumpers have 10+ week lead times
Looks like when you did a bmc you cut the rear of the body mounts off and hammer the front of mount flap over ? I’ve seen people chop it completly off and weld a piece. I rather not do that route
I have been driving on stock gears with 35s for over 2years and my gx has almost 300,000 miles. its really not that hard to fit, with 3" lift, bodymount chop and some trimming. A zero offset wheel fits easy and had bigger issues with more negative offset rims but i got them to work. I was rubbing with negative offset rims and 33s but with zero offset rims i had zero rub, must people under estimate how important offset is. Biggest thing you have to get past mentally is cutting up your gx but its not that big of a deal really
Hello, do you have a video on installing the Kemi Moto washer fluid reservoir on the GX470? Is there any modification needed? I see a lot of plugs in my OEM reservoir.
It’s locked in the rear as I blew the 8.0 out some time ago. Front is still factory until I regear and will likely do an LSD at that time. Rear is an 8.2 with factory e-locker
Total not the topic of this video but what lights do you have in the rear coastal bumper I have the exact set up and ordered one without the cutouts but they sent it with anyway. Just curious I have reached out to coastal but they did help any thanks
Kinda disappointed there is no better option. I had a 2ga reservoir in my FJ Cruiser from Expo One when I swapped my bumper. I was hoping I could find something similar for this. It was so nice having all that capacity.

I'm super happy I can just link to this video now instead of answering the question lol
Haha thanks brother always love your stuff!
Coastal off road which make a lot of stuff for the 470 also have a good write up about fitting 35’s.
This video, is exactly what I was looking for
Glad to hear it 🤙
Perfect......37's eatin' my plastic fender up front.
Good advice! I think the biggest I'm gonna do is the 255 85 r17 pry just get a buggy if I wanna do anything harder.
Man I wish I had a buggy! Not a bad option though

I mean with enough trimming anything’s possible ha. Make sure to relocate your washer fluid as well

To move your caster all the way forward did you go with the spc uca's? my 285s rub a tad at full lock. No body mount chop yet, was trying to avoid it.

Hey Chase, curious if you have any kind of body lift going on..? I was thinking on going 1/2” for 35’s.
Do you run lockers in your GX? If so which ones? I’ve wheeled mine with 34’s and was quite impressed with the traction control.

What size 34s were you running?

Thx for the info. I’m headed to 33s. Do you have a link for the ebay water reservoir? Running a Coastal Offroad and needing to get that out of the way
Think I found 👍🏼

@@dwp3206 We put a link in the description in case you still need it :)
@@TheCajunGaijin exactly! Not liking how small that is
So what about 1/2 or 1" body lift?🤔
What's the front bumper brand ?
It’s a 4x4labs bumper 🤙
Are you running a dif drop.?
I LOVE THAT TABLE 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Did you regear with the 35's?
No regear yet. Definitely on the to-do list as 9-10mpg hurts 🤣
Great info! LFG CHASE!
LFG!!!!!
BMC for 33s? I’m running 33s on stock wheels with no lift. Well 255/80 anyways but basically 33s.
Now do how to fit 35" on the Denali
Haha that’s definitely going to happen here sooner or later!
Next up: How to fit 37s!!!
Remove the fenders and put some rednecked 7 inch spacers
