What an amazing woman. She is an inspiration, she set out doing many different jobs, found a passion, came back to Japan in a remote location and started a business which seems to be thriving. Her marketing will continue to grow this business, I'm sure. The fact that she has a strong base and seems like a very caring family helps, I'm sure. As a former chef I am super curious how well her business does and what her food cost are. Her burgers are $5 and frys are like $1 which when compared to American prices is amazing. Also the fact that she is doing it all solo is super impressive. That food truck is so cool. love it!
