Solder can hold depend on the kind 5700-14000psi and a sheer strenght of 10000 psi. Plus his had a thread to help. Now lets look at the cyl itself. Well its not a pipe its more of thin tubing which can hold 251 psi. This perfectly safe you must just sale spray paint for a living.
I did this easier, just get the cap off and fill it with your compressor, i put in 8 bar but it lasts really really short, waste of time in my opninion
Well, it's hard. The tip needs to be fairly clean and some flux before use. Either way he did a good job, I just with maybe a good idea to scrape the surface maybe.
Well a person doesn't always have a air compressor around or a portable one. Maybe no power where they are painting or no pig tank. No spray brush. There is hundreds of reasons to have spray paint and a refillable spray paint can. By the way you think there is no reason for spray paint in a can to even exist but at 7-10 bucks a can they aren't exactly dropping the prices all while struggling to keep the paint isle stocked.
@@ljulian80 Well i got my compressor/airbrush for $50 USD, and can run it off a battery pack at 40-50psi. If you're gonna spend half a day making this refillable can and it fails, then you were better off working the same amount of time and using the money to buy a mobile compressor/brush pack or store bought refillable can.
@@cheeseninja2002 half a day wowsers no wonder you went out and bought some cheapo Harbor Freight that fails after the first use, we work at totally different speeds. You see half a day I see 1hr worst case scenario.
@@ljulian80 yeah 4 hours (half a work day)sounds about right to construct and test, remedy, and test again..... and if you're testing you might want to see how it looks after the test paint has dried. I've had my airbrush/compressor for 5+ years and still hasn't failed. Since I'm using it for covering large areas, like a spray can, I don't need a high quality fine detail airbrush. Sounds like you don't care if it sprays like shit just cut corners and whack it together, that or math isn't your thing buddy.
Nice idea, however... this is not a good idea because if your solder joint ever lets go, even though your valve is sort of screwed into the thin metal sheet, I am pretty sure that valve will just rip out and come shooting out. It has a good chance to go into your eye if spraying with it. To be safe you would need some sort of internal nut to hold the valve (not really possible) and also an over pressure release valve to prevent the whole thing blowing up if over inflated - hey, just like the commercial refillable ones you can buy.
I think a syringe will work better than a plastic bottle, I have one with a little hose glued to the tip, and later is very easy to wash off by pumping and dumping a solvent for the paint or lacquer used.

Now 40 to 50 that's a pressure range I trust more.
Nice you also shown some issues the can may have
Ok ! But how much is the quantity of paint ? And air pressure? .
How much pressure????
Max. 3,0 bar.
Muy bien, ahora cárgale jabón a esa lata y limpia todo ese desmadre 😂
Solder wont stick to valve in my case. It sticks to can perfectly but no way to get it on the brass valve.... I even polished it....
You need tin to help you stick the solder
@@bikatchopikachu9550i know. But it still won't stick to the valve even after half tube of tin 🤦♂️
Hãy dùng hcl20% pha với chì,thiếc. Dùng hỗn hợp đó chấm vào vùng cần hàn.
@@nguyenhai7853thx i will try
You should use flux. kind of acid. that will help stick

how many psi sir?
Shaking iron ball inside a tin metal can with liquid petrol ??
Good thing that it’s actually a glass marble instead huh?
Nice job. useful for some projects but wouldnt paint my car with it.
As cool an idea it is, I fell it would be easier and get better results if you just attach an airbrush to your compressor.

Why not put the air fill valve on the very bottom of the can?
