How to make a desktop wireless and add usb 3.0! By installing a two-in-one PCI-E card! quite simple really! Watch the video to find out how!
I find these Inateck reviews to be very informative for beginners and people considering an inateck PCI express card. I also enjoy listening to your accent lol.
I would go with a USB 3.0 adapter over a PCI-E card, it's a lot simpler, cheaper, and ultimately better for picking wifi spots, because if your PCI-E card is low in one spot you pretty much have to move your pc, but if your adapter is low you have options, switching ports, getting cord extensions and so on.
Alex B They are all excellent points! The more option that are available the better! Cheers bud!
Hi Alex, There is a stronger signal coming from a PCI-E card, than what you can get from an adapter. So it will be able to connect to the router from a longer distance! But pci-e cards also have limitations as far as distance is concerned. There is an even better option out there called "Passthrough Powerline Wi-Fi Extender" here a link to that product from TP-Link which will work every where in your home or business and it has a very powerful singal! thanks for sharing Alex! uk.tp-link.com/products/details/cat-18_TL-WPA4230P.html
