Just bought this system for our family ranch in South TX to help maintain our stock tank hook in to a 125 year old hand dug water well, cheaper than a new windmill system. Just got a Blue Heeler puppy back in August, what was I thinking LOL.

Definitely recommend a pressure tank to supplement.

That's great advice. I do have a 20 gallon pressure tank.

Maybe put a water tank up on the bank too. Fill it using solar, and save the cycles on the batteries. Then if it's cloudy, you'd have water available.
    Great vid, keep it up.

Great idea. I’m going to put a raised water tank ( think gravity feed system ) somewhere on the property. Most likely near the garden.

Try a high surge lipo4 battery , like the NOCO Lithium NLP30, they made to run motors.

water is everything! how deep is your well and what does the water smell and taste like? you're gonna have tons of extra energy too! I had no idea the pump needed so many starting watts tho. what is it's constant wattage? I have a puppy about that age too... about 6 months?

      Slow response. Please forgive me.
The water is cold, fresh, taste great and has no smell. You are right I will have extra power. Eventually I will tie this panels into batteries to power other things on the property 🔋 Not exactly sure about the constant wattage.
Got RIP ( puppy ) when he was 5 months old. He is now 7 months. Hope you are enjoying your little friend. Mine keeps me busy! Thx for watching!
