I love the creative solution to rounding the stone ball using 3 motors. It's jankey and held together with bungee cords but by gum it just works. Great Job.

Sitting around vegetating in a home somewhere is the worst thing anyone can do. If someone is treated like an invalid day after day, they WILL become one.

For this to work for a given sized ball requires the right machine power, right counterweight, right structure, right sized polisher heads,, etc.. Also this probably often fails and breaks and requires constant surpervision and maintenance. This man is more of a machinist maintenance guy than an engineer.

I found a almost perfect round rock that big (larger than finish stone) when i was running loader in a gravel pit it came off the conveyor belt before it when into the crusher... I still have the stone... NICE WORK

The rounding machine is next level. I like how the bungee cords allow a bit of movement but still keeps it tied together, very clever!
