The freezer part of this, are you supposed to place the cheesecake mixture in the freezer before baking or after baking and if after baking, do you bake it partially done? This is confusing lol
@@traceyglover5338 you would add the cheesecake mixture to pie shell, place in fridge until your sweet potato mix is done. Once your mixture is done. Remove the pie shell from the fridge, Place the sweet potato mix on top of the cheesecake mixture. Bake. Once baked then place in fridge to chill for 5-6 hours. Hope that helps

Mine came out good the only issue is I tried to mix the cream cheese straight out of the fridge 🤦🏾♀️ instead of letting it sit until it got to be room temperature
@@acmitchell0926 I don’t expect a reply until after thanksgiving when you can then still go buy the seasoning online. So instead I found Cinnamon Toast Crunch seasoning which has the same ingredients this seasoning has. I’m sure it won’t be exactly the same but I know how to make it work

Baking for 45 minutes was not enough time. It was still raw. I had to bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
bake the crust for about 20 first before you add the filing
Believed. The crust still looked raw in the video too.
Also elevation makes a difference. Cook it like 10 degrees cooler but longer on your first time till u get right
