I appreciate your honesty about wanting to impress people with minimal effort. ME TOO and it is so freeing to say it out loud❣️ I also love using polka dots and stripes in quilts. I have been machine piecing together quilts for a long time but I need something portable and I think EPP is it. I know that I am late to the game but I can't wait to start. Thanks for these tutorials! Oh my goodness, you are such a breath of fresh air. I love your humor and rational for the 'hack method' of cutting your fabric.

Thank you Tula. I don’t quilt, but my Grama in the hills of Kentucky did. When we visited down there on vacation, Ioved looking and sleeping with her quilts. They were made with feed sacks and old used clothing so it made a truly wonderful piece art, not fussy but very colorful and eye appealing. It was a treasure when she let Mama boy one (very frugal) to take back home in Detroit. My sister Patsy was the only girl in our family to go to “quilting” class and really make a quilt for my parents...it was a gift, so she did not charge! I have loved watching your videos and admiring your work. Very professional. But I truly love old Granny’s completely hand made quilt. Only scissors, paper cut-out, needle and thread. A real labor of love! Thanks.💕

“Anybody that judges you by the back of your quilt and not your front isn’t your real friend.”- Tula Pink ... Words to live by. I'm in a FB EPP group, and there was mention from the leader that the back be "as beautiful as the front". Say what!? I'm thinking, now I have to think about the back too? Not just points matching, making sure they're actually pointy, stitching accuracy, fussy cutting, etc.!? Thank you Tula Pink! I'm halfway through my first EPP project, and I have learned so much of what I don't want to repeat in the next one.

This was fabulous, I watched the series of 3 videos but in reverse order. It all made sense, I like the attention to protecting our bodies and our dainty little hands, pain is fun for no one. I also loved the focus on increasing efficiencies, saving 2 seconds at a time when you have a million pieces ahead of you really makes a big difference.
