I show many other videos which describe bar charts in the past tense but here you use the present tense to describe past information of bar chart. so is it right to use the present tense to describe this kind of bar charts?

Hello, will the scoring system recognize "One thing that clearly stands out" as the conclusion or Is it better to say, "In conclusion"?

Is it okay to use simple present tense for explaining the figures which are from past years?
I can assume that we are just explaining the picture in front of us which is present but what about the facts?
