  • Enjoy watching this full build of a Montessori style floor bed for children to promote independence. This was made from finger jointed maple and sprayed with white paint to give a semi gloss finish and hide the finger joints. The fence is modular and can go on both sides of the bed using the same bolt holes or can be used without the fence at all. Those shirts came out great! Jelly of the school workshop to get those bigger jobs done with all the Green tools ;) You need some dog holes in that bench to push the bits against while domino-ing... unless that is part of your gym routine :P Bed looks great, the Wagner left a lovely finish.

Awesome video Manny and some great tips in there. Love the marking gauge for domino tip. Will have to remember that one for 50 years, and maybe by then I'll have inFested in one. :D

G’day Manny, love the project mate & I reckon if you didn’t need to match colours with the white paint a clear coat would of highlighted the timbers really well also.
Festool equipment is really awesome & I’m saving up for a domino 🇦🇺🍻👍

Thanks sumo totally agree about not having to paint the timber. After I sanded it came up so nice but the boss made the call haha. Domino is a life saver but $$$
