If you have knowledge of react then you can learn react-native but personally I felt flutter is good its quite promising as well as easy to understand. I have understanding of React but ReactNative becomes complex as we go deeper. Flutter on the other hand is handy and can also be used to target Web, Desktop and Linux app out of the box. + its from Google so I believe if you know react then follow react-native but if not then learn flutter.
