It’s not the main villain, that would be the ink demon. But shipahoy dudley is the final boss ( if you don’t count the part you become beast bendy )

Shipahoy Dudley won't die because you need to hit the head on his stomach three times in order for him to die whenever he swings the anchor around that's why he was just stuck there for a moment whenever you spawned him in
Alright I hope Joe sees this cause I need to tell him. In BATDR slicer jump scares you so you need to walk a bit to where she was for her to appear

The Lost Ones actually have several variations in this mod. Also, I think that it might be that Dudley is only able to be killed by the Ink Demon, which is probably why you had some trouble.
