I had already started the whole “ shine your sink” every night but doing it several times a day has been a game changer. Many prayers for Judah as he travels and for your Mama heart. I have 1 or my 5 in college 6 hours away I can’t imagine across the world. Love watching your channel so much.

Sarah you aren’t the only one that adds the wrong ingredients to recipes. I took a dish to a family gathering and that is where I figured out I had put a cup of salt in place of sugar! So embarrassing! So proud of Judah and praying for him. It is going to hurt your heart. It helped me to take a walk by myself and feel all those momma feelings and go ahead and cry. It will ease up once you hear from him and all the wonderful things he is doing there.

As a mom of 10,7 of whom have grown into their own lives....having them leave is much harder then when they arrived. Even tho they're grown,and doing good things,there is still a loss at home,and everyone feels it. (Hugs)

(I will confess to you that when my twins started kindergarten, I cried for 2 months! It happened again when they went off to college! I kept telling myself "roots and wings". Random question: you have said before that your kids love frozen fruit. Are you talking about the kind out of the bag? Do you put it in separate bowls for each kid?Do they grab it from the bag itself? I left some from my Walmart bag in a bowl in the fridge and it got very soft and squishy…lol.

Sarah I just want to thank you for the revelation about the sink. I tried for alot of years making my bed. Never understood what the big hoopla was about. But now I do, except with my kitchen sink. I have a very small kitchen and keeping sink clean has saved my sanity these last few weeks.

I had my first big meltdown when our first born moved to the city for University..
I was so proud and happy for him but it was soooo difficult.. just such a change and even though we're a small family it was heartbreaking. Not in another country like your big boy but still like arrrrrr 😢😢

Our 20 year old is going away for 5 months for a discipleship training and mission experience program. She leaves September 15th and I'm already teary and emotional about it . I support her following the lead of the Holy Spirit and what she believes is God's plans for her .. but it's still really hard to let her go. We love you and your family... Jesus loves you. Sara, totally understand your feelings about Judah’s departure. I experienced the same type of feelings with my daughter going to college last year. She’s my only child. I was extremely emotional. I normally keep my vegetable garden tidy and weed free but I am third trimester pregnant this summer and can’t keep up. The weeds are having their fun! I actually enjoy weeding. I find it therapeutic and it’s so rewarding when the bed is all neat and pretty.

Sarah 🤣 I made a few loaves of sourdough recently and wanted to gift one to a friend, wrapped it up all cute and felt so good about myself. I was heading to deliver it and I peaked inside the bag and there was a fly flying around trapped in the bag! I’m so glad I saw it before gifting it to my friend 😂
