Trimetrical Hub is the 3rd movement from Koolish Zein (2020), Concerto for solo percussion (marimba and vibraphone), percussion quartet and digital audio written for Michael Burritt. This solo version was created by John Psathas for a special performance celebrating the music and teaching of John on December 7, 2020 at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Koolish Zein was commissioned by Michael Burritt - Eastman School of Music, James Campbell - University of Kentucky, Omar Carmenates - Furman University, Scott Herring - University of South Carolina, Thad Anderson - University of Central Florida, Eric Willie - University of North Carolina Greensboro and Andrew Bliss - University of Tennessee.

Great performance, Mr. Burritt! Are you using wireless IEM's? Or are those earplugs? I'm a fan of mallet and electronics pieces and am looking to find some decent starting IEM's for practicing/performing.
