I don’t remember this episode of “what if Optimus prime were hot rod”
I actually got this because of the initial separate videos. I’m also taking a 3D hard surfacing class using ZBrush and changed it last week to the core cab. I have already recommended this channel to others in my class. My eventual goal is to make a 3D model and rig it for animation.

This is just a special edition.
It does come in the standard colours from the show, as well as some other versions like Nucleon Quest (Nemesis), Shattered Glass and a TFCon special edition.
such a shame they didn't have bigger head for final Optimus, like original. This could have been my fave toy of all time

So someone basically took the g1 optimus design, made a toy that can become a power master then gave that power master form a upgrade which the alt mode for the upgrade resembles magnus from the first robots in disguise cartoon

While watching this I'm thinking about tf cybertron optimus and that the first trailer combine would his super mode and i would call second trailer, ultra mode, since it adds onto the super mode. Basically i imagine optimus saying, "optimus prime, ultra mode" , after entering super mode

I thought the powermasters was supposed to fit onto cybertronians like engines part, but this toy seems to have them only as humanoid figures.

God Armour is not a Powermaster, so he wouldn't have the same thing.

Isn't it strange how both cyberdroids and humanoids connected to powermasters or masters aren't able to fit into the cabins of Transformers? Do you think the small toy cabin designs of Transformers are designed that way to lower product costs?
@@seanholmes7482It can definitely be done, but I think that it would require a lot more engineering, without compromising the overall quality.
@@StardustLegacyFighter , toys about Transformers should be designed to hold objects if that is what's being represented by the brand. Metroplex is an example of a product that fails to match its advertisement. For example, Metroplex has advertised images of autobots with different sizes on or in it, but the toy can hold only some autobots of a certain size. Also, none of the autobots can be inside Metroplex. Another Transformers example of mis-directed advertisement is Omega Supreme, it was advertised as a product with the ability to hold many autobots, but it does not. Also, Omega Supreme has a tank that can't attach to its counter-part rocket unless it is in robot mode.
@@seanholmes7482I think you're expecting way too much from a TOY, and at the end of the day only a professional designer would actually know whether this is actually feasible or not.
Even if it was possible, it would be ridiculously expensive, just like that 120cm Metroplex toy being made by a new 3P company.
Remember, these are toys, not real life versions of an actual Transformers.

Just one question. Why are there one engine master and three headmasters, when they don‘t do anything?
I'm not entirely sure but I think that you can transform the headmasters into heads that can replace Power Baser's head, and the Engine Master just clips on the chest of the base robot.

FAR BETTER than Armada Prime...aside from the color...this orange just makes it look cheap. Knockoffy...a bit crappy...which is a shame because it's ABSOLUTELY AWESOME !!! Although aside from just the color..it'd be AMAZINGLY if instead of just armor and bigger Primes it made several characters.

That's actually Ginrai (from before it ever became transformers) and he's actually a version of MAGNUS Prime, not Optimus.
Firat, Ginrai is NOT from before it become Transformers, before transformers it was Battle Convoy. Ginrai was from 1988's Transformers Super God Masterforce, he is not version of Magnus, as it is based on PowerMaster Optimus Prime
