Of course with no Perfect Cell to fight, this means the Z fighters would never discover Super Saiyans 2 and 3 or fusion, meaning that they would have a rough time against Dabura and get obliterated by Fat Buu.
If Piccolo killed imperefect cell, then the z warriors would all be killed off by Majin buu. Face it Piccolo not learning the technique saved the Earth.
