Nah it was because the world map was so small in relationship to what you could click on as a player. I guess they decided to move cities around IRL to compensate players being able to click on a battle to choose If you looked at the battlemap, Washington DC is out in the ocean by New York

This 2 minute trailer, from 8 years ago, only showing the main character for 30 seconds and 10 seconds of dialogue has more character development than Rey has in both of the Star Wars movies
The voice commands never worked all that well, that's why the game died. It was extremely clunky to use the controller. Had the voice commands worked flawlessly people would still play it today, or we'd see next gen versions of it.

The Russians uploaded a virus in a European satellite that makes it mistake a space shuttle launch from America for a ICBM and destroys it with all of it's crew making the Americans declare war (the EF left NATO because America made a space station that made it extremely easy for them to deploy troops anywhere on the globe) and Russia invades Europe which makes america declare war on them too sense they knew what the Russians were just taking advantage of the situation

Hence why they used the kinetic strike rather than letting the Russians get it.
Nah, Endwar got quite a bit wrong. The nuclear war between Saudi Arabia and Iran hasn't happened, Americas shale revolution that absolutely crippled Russia and the ME's fossil fuel fuel monopoly, the failure of the EU to federalize and Brexit that came along with it and the like. The fact that Russia has to attack Ukraine to bring it to its orbit, while America can funnel weapons to make Russia bleed for a profit while also becoming more invaluable to Europe's security apparatus is showing quite a bit of divergence from what the storymakers of this game thought. America while certainly having their hegemony questioned, is still able to exert influence on Russia's doorstep while Russia is stuck with military options to even exert influence in their own supposed backyard.

You're only thinking about it from 2022 perspective but this game came out in 2008 when things were very different. Still to come- US annexes Mexico ( republica de rio grande) . It has the European Army ditching Nato. It also has Poland being partitioned again to Germany What it left out was CHINA tho.
