As an interviewer, I’ve noticed that there are 2 types of people. When asked, “Why should we hire you?” people either start behaving like Amol Palekar; they are too humble to talk about their work, so they don’t say much.
And on the other hand…. There are people who keep bragging about themselves without having any proof of their claim.
If you want the job, you need to find a middle ground and that’s what we are going to do today. So it doesn’t matter if you are a fresher or an experienced professional, today by the end of this video…

Always be natural ... Just be bold and don't think of rejection always believe in yourself and have the attitude where you not going to loose anything if not this job you are made for something worth and better than the current job which you wanted. Be the one company wants you , not the one who wants the company to hire you.
