There are some countries like the Philippines that require presidents to be at least 45 years old and narrowing that further would decrease further viable candidates.

there should be a limit like max 70 on age, i know old people, and you tend to be alot more tired when you are 70 instead of when you are 60. also its harder to relate to current times the older you are.
Bukele was only 37 years old when he became president of El Salvador. He truly turned the country around for the better. He is one of the best presidents in the 21st century so far.

It would mean Winston Churchill wouldn’t have seen out WW2 and Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva wouldn’t be President of Brazil right now. These are all old bastards and fully competent. There’s simply no bar that’s good as a universal cut off. I mean, yeah you could set it a bit high and use that, let’s say 80, I could tolerate that, but i personally dont think there should be restrictions on people like that.

At this ages they want powers money statuses instead of retiring. And letting young guys run theirs countries.

They don't include both PM and President. The PM of Finland is in the list.
If you take the chancellor in Germanys case, you should also take the prime minister in Poland which is Donald Tusk. In both countries the president is not the head of government and has very little political power.
