I can guarantee you this story only exists because another industry leader doesn't like competition.
Thank you. I read that article when it came out and wasn’t sure if I should continue daily xylitol. So your message is appreciated.
Can you pls tell which chewing gum has xylitol and sugar free ..pls pls tell
@Sanjana_0_6 You have to read the label. Each gum has different ingredients. Perhaps you should start with xylitol mints. That’s what I prefer.
Good short... If you look at the actual study, you'll see that they were looking at blood levels of xylitol in people who were already very diseased with a number of cardiovascular health problems. They were not looking at the effects of xylitol intake. This is important because our body produces xylitol as a natural metabolite, and most of the people in that study were definitely not taking xylitol. It seems that people with cardiovascular disease have problems metabolizing naturally produced xylitol in the body. This is a very different conclusion from "taking xylitol causes cardiovascular disease"...
yesssss!!!!
@@TeethTalk ma'am
which chewing gum has xylitol and sugar free pls tell mam ..
Thank you. Great content.
Then whats the point of making the article in the first place, plus the misleading title? Could have just stated the conclusion in the title.
It’s a grift. They sensationalize studies to get headlines and cause confusion- it’s how they make money, and because we are the most scientifically illiterate population on earth, people buy into ALL of it.
Clicks, Newspaper sales etc. $$$$
Thank you for the information on xylitol. 😊
Recently there’s been a lot of this… also it’s getting harder and harder to find gum/food with xylitol!!! I can’t handle the other ones, so it sucks.
Have you tried Xylimelts? I am sensitive to mint flavors. This company has other non-mint flavors which I love.
Agreed. But it’s toxic to dogs. My best friend’s dog got into her purse and she found him laying next to her purse with bits of the wrapper around him and in his mouth. Devastation. My vet confirmed that it’s toxic, and said that many people don’t know that.
yes -- be careful with xylitol and chocolate around dogs! :(
Xylitol can also be in peanut butter
Do we need to stop consuming chocolate because it is toxic to dogs? No. Same as xylitol. 😊
Did the dog die😢
@TeethTalk And grapes and garlic, etc. I’ve had dogs all my life and raised 2 kids. I kept medications and any other potential dangerous item in a closed or locked drawer. I’ve never had a poison events occur with my pets or kids.
So glad to hear this.
Xylitol is supposed to be good for your teeth right?
yep here's my video that explains: ruclips.net/video/6D050cgCZaw/видео.html
good to hear it
But to be sure, choose something else.
Mam chipped teeth cause cavity or not
You did this one right. Always stick with naturopathic and holistic medicine doctors and care for optimal health wealth and happiness.
She is literally talking about high quality evidence based medicine, not on quacks
@@Sandy-of6gqActually it’s the conventional folks who are the quacks.
We need to look at large amounts of xylitol amd sugar alcohols used as a sugar substitute. But the amount in gum and mouthwash is much less and is so effective for mouth health
Ngl I use 30mg spoonfuls daily and I notice pain and tightness of the chest. And I’m very for no vaxx
Yes, except no on the fluoride.
What about the flouride toothpaste effect on Pituitary gland
there is no evidence to suggest any affects on the pituitary gland -- here's my video that explains -- hope this helps: ruclips.net/video/JBFisEObGaM/видео.html
@@TeethTalk thank you. I'll have a look
I love you! ❤
