Can't believe the news about the show being canceled. This is the only show of this type that I watch. Hopefully spade continues on RUclips in some form, he can obviously do it this way and it's still more entertaining than the mainstream shows. He is like the guy who got rich but ultimately wasn't solely focused on that,it kinda just followed him from snl.He is one of the rare alumni to carry over so well into success but I don't think he ever thought of himself as this guy in terms of wealth and movies.He has always lookd back to build his friends careers even those that sucked.He is just real and humble,no filter or fake.I can appricate an interview like this for that regard

He's as humble as they come. There's pictures of fans giving him t shirts and he actually wears them out. He appreciates what he has.

It’s so cool to see this casual side of you and your friends. It’s like when I was little and sitting around with my parents friends listening to them talk and tell stories and I thought they were the coolest people ever!
One thing about this whole lockdown thing is that it pretty much reveals how normal and ordinary everybody is.
All it takes is a lowfi broadcast, no make-up, a shared concern of a global situation, etc...

I think Adam is the realist guy in Hollywood. David is probably the 2nd guy that is real. Nothing plastic or fake about these guys. But you would think being Multi-Millionaires could have better phones to stream live. Adam will get David a place for his show. My cheap phone does great live streaming and recording and I am just a guy with a phone.
I am sure they both have much better webcams but are probably nervous about looking too rich after the backlash many celebs have been getting recently.

I've notice many times now, maybe two, that DS does not say "I love you" back to the extraordinary people to say it to him. So after psychologically researching this using guesswork, Science reveals it is the result of one of three Mind Viruses acting deep within the psyche of the great D. Spade: 1. He does not hear them (c'mon bro) 2. he is TOO COOL to say it back to Adam, and Whitney Cummings (the other victim in this violent mind crime) 3. He has deep emotional attachmental love fears, in that he loves the world so much, he is afraid to express his tremendous love for it will consume him and the world itself. 4. (BONUS) He is not capable of human emotion. Research Continues...
It’s funny how weird celebrity can be and how it affects everyone differently (most people very negatively). But here’s a group of guys that came up together and all remained grounded, and lovable, and you can see how genuinely close they are. Obviously the wealth distribution between them all is a bit different, but their all still filthy rich compared to the average person, yet they make themselves relatable, the can laugh at themselves and take a joke. Seem like good hearted people.
Also, the long running rumor that Spade beds the hottest women ever are obviously true x but I bring it up because I happened to see him twice out in public, once in Las Vegas and once in Manhattan. Both times he was just strolling in public with the most beautiful woman by his side, and it’s hilarious because he’s so unassuming.
It's bullshit Lights Out was cancelled. God damn Comedy Central keeps Broad City on for 10 friggin years, but cancels Lights Out after one.

So all these streaming interviews are way better than anything they do on TV. It's just two people shooting the shit, and no scripted jokes, or segments. This is what we really want. Norm just calls people. It's still what we really want. Why can't we just have this?
