I DESPISE the tories for what they've done to this country over the last 14 years, but credit where it's due, Sunak was utterly humiliated in front of the nation and he stood up and took it like a man. He didn't run away, he didn't sulk, he didn't make up some BS about how the election was stolen or how everything was everyone else's fault (Boris Johnson and Liz Truss, I am looking firmly in your direction), and he praised the man replacing him. I, for one, am grateful to him for that.

I like this tradition. the PM leaving the 10 Downing Street to a standing ovation and then driving off in his car is cool. Obviously it signifies that the real ruler of England lives in Buckingham Palace but it also shows that he did his job and left.
I think the whole Indian community should be proud of Rishi Saunak. He came in at a tough time. Everybody knew the Tories were in for a tough time. I mean 5 PMs in 5 years shows the turmoil in England and it was given that the Labor Party will make a come back. It was decided.
But Mr. Saunak led the country well. And if nothing he deserved this farewell.
