    I made this for lunch this week and love it! That said, here are some tips/minor adjustments for anyone planning on making this:
    The carrots are amazing. I'd portion a little more of them: trust me, you'll thank me later. Second, I'd personally like a little more of the dressing. Next time I'll increase the portion to be about 1.5x the amount shown. Hope that helps someone else out.

    Just made this and was delicious. I grilled the chicken as I don’t have an air fryer.
    One tip, break up the noodles before adding water. It’s much easier than trying to cut them up later.

    This has quickly become my absolute favorite cooking channel. Everything looks and tastes fuckin banging, recipes are always pretty simple and approachable, website is super easy to use. Just wish I had an air fryer :(

    Absolutely great meal for the summer. Was making this as my lunch while cooking steak for dinner and my family was more interested in this than the BBQ steak. Definitely something I'll be making lots of for the summer

    ♥️ Okay. So Ive been cooking all day today 😂
    Made fresh bread & tomato sauce to go with my authentic Italian meatballs & spaghetti. (That was dinner)
    I also prepped the brine for my carrots early this morning so it sat in fridge a few hours before prepping.
    I made a double batch of everything (2 adults & 3 older teens who workout & EAT in my house)
    I just finished putting all the containers in the fridge & final clean up! 😊
    Everything looks amazing!!! Can’t wait to try a bowl tomorrow
    Thank you so much for this fabulous recipe (I did try the chicken that I accidentally over cooked so it’s dry (& a bit salty) but it’s okay for my first meal prep ever!!!!!!
    I love to cook & in my country we cook fresh every day but it’s hard for my HS & college kid to take hot lunches from home.
    I’d love some more no reheat needed recipes like this one that are different from our traditional tortas & sandwiches!!!!

    Looks really good. Just a hint- any noodles can be broken before cooking so you don't have to cut them after they're cooked.

    If you want to cut down on carbs and cals use Shirataki noodles. I usually do a Thai salad similar to this, called Yum Woon Sen.

    I made it! Awesome. I had to use pancit noodles cause that’s all I could find. Added a bit of fish sauce and Sambal after tasting. Next time I’ll add some crushed peanuts. I can’t say how long they will last in the fridge because they were eaten in two days by my teenager. Excellent!

    Literally everything I’ve made from your channel has been delicious 🙏🏻 When I first started “dieting”(cause it’s a life style) like 5 or 6 years ago, on and off of course, like some other regular living folks with stress and such, I was eating foods or meals that kinda tasted like science.     As someone who struggles with sensory issues A LOT during cooking I appreciate the shout out. Love your recipes, the heats been killer here I think I'm gonna get the stuff to make this on payday. (Also considering replacing some of the noodles with beam sprouts to save on some carbs)

    Not sure if you ever tried, but as a french dude, i'd suggest you to try vinaigrette with mustard. I've not tried with this combination of siracha/sugar/lime, it sounds really good as well.

    Just found your channel and holy shit am I glad I did. I work outdoors away from home in construction and have recently started meal prepping on Sundays because I have an RV payment to worry about now lol was getting tired of the chicken and rice, carne guisada and rice for dinner every day. And I absolutely need a change from tuna salad for lunch for the 6th straight week -.- thanks for the recipes and more no-reheat meals if possible!

    Be sure to buy as much sriracha as you can. They stopped production on it :( I bought 5 bottles yesterday lol.
