Kings of men has had that “feature” of not being able to get uprooted out of the ring keep bigger region. Not sure how it works entirely, espeically with the updates. However, normally if you had captured the isengard capital and related keeps within that enedwaith region, you would be uprooted in that region even if you had lost everything. This is at least some of the time
Sadly it’s the one part of their kit they lack. But you can still uproot people with them etc tactically it just takes a lot of stamina. Also great for killing forts by passes and crossings

I think we are currently working on a solution as it seems we’ve tried a few things which haven’t worked. Makes it difficult for all sides
