I thought I knew what true friendship was but the truth is I didn't till I met her. She means the world to me and we used to talk and laugh everyday and when we couldn't do that we would text eachother till 4 AM at times. It's currently 1:06 in the morning, I should probably go to bed but I still think I should get this off my chest. As a teen who's high in neuroticism (a psychological trait which represents a tendency to feel negative emotions), quite a few things stress me out. I know they'll pass though, if they don't though, then maybe this world simply wasn't meant for me... whatever that implies. I wish to get my first job, ive done my work, kept my grades at the top of my class yet still can't find what seems to be so abundant... job opportunities, but who wants to hear a kid ramble on about working? I've found that job I've been wanting, noticed how I'm surrounded by caring people and counted my blessings. Despite that, I still manage to find something to complain about, which is almost cute in some sense... idk... Anyways, I've found a special someone however they have been unintentionally pushing my best friend away from me, my conversations with him end as soon as my girlfriend arrives and I see some resentment in his eyes, I understand why and I feel at fault. Now I'm in a position where I'm slowly losing feelings but don't wish to hurt the girl while fixing what I've broken between my friend and I. Maybe can you help me meditate on the matter. Ojalá las abuelas sean eternas, los amores, las amistades..pero prepárate, porque no lo son. When I read these comments, I feel grateful for all these different colours from all over the world, for the openness and connectedness so many different people share with each other - simply through their words. It encourages me to stay strong, to not be negative anymore. For negativity has played a role in my life way too long. At the same time I wish I had just one person to talk to, to share my thoughts with. But there is none. Maybe this is better, cause it would be too hard to grasp, no one could ever understand it. So, I am keeping it to myself, hoping that one day there will be someone able to understand. Someone who doesn't devour my sorrows as food for bitter action. I don't want to feed anyone anymore. So I try to stay positive, nourishing my facade by opening myself up for the positive voices in life again, for my friends, literal arts, science and music. All these colours help me get through it. All these different perspectives have reminded me of my former philosophy: that there is an intelligent energy traversing lifes numerous different forms. And that I can choose to either adapt to it or cling to its counter-energy which has tried to bring me down, far too long. I don't want the latter anymore. This is why I am trying to chose positivity over highlighting my destructive experiences. And I just hope that one day there will be a person capable to understand what I've been through. I know there probably won't. But it's okay. I've seen worse. I just want to remind everyone: that you can always choose between hope and bitterness. Choose the objects wisely with which you feed your thoughts and your mind. For your choices always have an effect on your feelings. Thanks to all the positive people out there.

Estoy recordando muchas cosas, últimamente de mi abuela, me acuerdo cuando era una nena de 2 o 3 años y cuando me llavaba a dormir a mi cama me alzaba en sus brazos, recuerdo acurrucarme en sus hombros y sentir la tela de su camisón color lila y era suave como de felpa, me acuerdo que todas las noches le dejaba un dibujito en su almohada, la extraño mucho.
Lamentablemente la vida es ir transitando mientras nos vamos desapegando de todo, mientras somos chicos no tenemos conciencia de eso.
Ojalá las abuelas sean eternas, los amores, las amistades..pero prepárate, porque no lo son.

When I read these comments, I feel grateful for all these different colours from all over the world, for the openness and connectedness so many different people share with each other - simply through their words. It encourages me to stay strong, to not be negative anymore. For negativity has played a role in my life way too long.
At the same time I wish I had just one person to talk to, to share my thoughts with. But there is none. Maybe this is better, cause it would be too hard to grasp, no one could ever understand it. So, I am keeping it to myself, hoping that one day there will be someone able to understand. Someone who doesn't devour my sorrows as food for bitter action. I don't want to feed anyone anymore.
So I try to stay positive, nourishing my facade by opening myself up for the positive voices in life again, for my friends, literal arts, science and music. All these colours help me get through it. All these different perspectives have reminded me of my former philosophy: that there is an intelligent energy traversing lifes numerous different forms. And that I can choose to either adapt to it or cling to its counter-energy which has tried to bring me down, far too long. I don't want the latter anymore. This is why I am trying to chose positivity over highlighting my destructive experiences. And I just hope that one day there will be a person capable to understand what I've been through. I know there probably won't. But it's okay. I've seen worse.
I just want to remind everyone: that you can always choose between hope and bitterness. Choose the objects wisely with which you feed your thoughts and your mind. For your choices always have an effect on your feelings.
