When I wake up sometimes I say to myself, "what can I experience in life." It makes me feel more motivated to try new things and learn new ideas without much expectation

This morning I am grateful for;
1. Allowing myself to sleep in and rejuvenate my body - I am rested
2. Indulging in a matcha tea ceremony - I am pleased
3. For the sun shining in through my window onto my brown skin - I am basked in light.

Tamara you and your other Calm people are with me everyday since this covid period started to hit Italy where I live for 34 years. I am in Rome. Thank you for this great help. It helps me calm down, and sleep stories at nights, which I have to repeat over and over again because I never arrived at the end of the story. I sleep in 15 mins.

In SW Idaho. Needing to be stilled amongst the turmoil of our nation rioting, our citizens dying from this insidious disease....I sought again the calmness after a year of absence. Seeking, perhaps finding at least a brief respite from the crushing worldlies, the daily haste that so envelopes; a fleeting peace gracing my being. I shall return, perhaps to change.
