The PACMAN,I first seen Manny fight his debut fight against ludwaba(however that's spelled) I think it was his first professional fight in the USA,and I was sitting with my mouth open,to hear his power punches made me cringe! He was my fav, instantly. I'm 58years old,and although back then Manny was not refined, but his constant pressure, power and speed, was shocking to watch,I never seen such stamina. To watch Freddy train and make Manny such a excellent fighter. So humble, giving and caring, never trash talking or saying disrespectful things! I miss you Manny, you brought respect, dignity and even when you was robbed in fights due to the judges being blind,he still never bad mouthed anyone,,when has any boxer, ever shown such control in those situations? You truely are one of a kind, and in my eyes, the best boxer of all time..The most I was ever worried about a fight was when he stepped up in weight to fight cotto,,I didn't doubt Manny but I knew how cotto was such a hard puncher,,but to watch Manny after the second round dominate and dismantle Cotto was shocking and amazing! There will never be another PACMAN,Natural talent, humble, giving, determined. Started with nothing, retired a millionaire, yet still humble, respectful never acting as if he was better than others. So many reasons why I respect you Manny, may GOD always watch over you and your family!!

@@chaqanqueeri1370 FAIR WARNING TO FLOYD FANS; THIS IS A LONG RESPONSE. INSTEAD OF CRYING ABOUT IT, EITHER READ IT OR DON'T, BUT DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW LONG IT IS...............We're talking about the sport of boxing, the most corrupt entity on Earth. I don't play the way that they do, I score my own game. Time after time they've proven to be not less than criminal, and I don't have to put up with it. That means that my official record is real, they're record can kiss my ass.
Pacquiao's real record is 66-5-1, and I could go one step further with the Agapito Sanchez fight, but I'll let that draw stand. The real facts are that Manny lost twice in the Philippines, once at 17 and again when he was 19 and under less than ideal conditions. When he came here, he lost to Morales in a one round decision defeat, he lost to Marquez by KO in their 4th fight and he lost his last fight to Ugas at the age of 42 after a 2 year layoff by a close decision.
That's the accurate, honest record of Manny Pacquiao. I know that according to the dishonest boxing officials his record stands at 62-8-2, but I don't have to recognize what I know to be corrupted. The fights I object to are the decision loss to Bradley in their first fight, the decision loss to Horn, the decision loss to Mayweather and the draw in the first fight with Marquez.
If you poll 100 non-biased educated fans or boxing analysts, more than 95% of them would agree that Pacquiao won the first fight with Bradley. It wasn't particularly close, which gives me the right to correct the nonsense. They had 3 judges score the fight again, each watching a replay. They each came back with the same score, 8 rounds to 4 for Pacquiao. If 3 official judges agree to a clear win, then Pacquiao won. The corrupt boxing commission announced that despite the 3 judge panel agreeing that Pacquiao won, they weren't going to change the official outcome. Okay, I changed it for you.
Next is the robbery against Horn. I believe the same is true for that fight, almost every unbiased analyst or fan would score that fight for Pacquiao. Post fight Teddy Atlas, a known Pacquiao critic, told Jeff Horn to his face at ringside that he didn't win the fight. Horn landed about 60 punches in a 12 round fight. Pacquiao landed about 100 more, roughly 160 punches. Based upon that alone only an imbecile or a biased opinion would say that Horn won the fight. Landing an average of 5 punches per round and still winning the fight is nearly impossible. The criminals in Australia had the fight in Horn's win column the day the contract was signed. It wasn't a close fight, Horn landed more fouls than punches.
Next up is the first Pacquiao/Marquez fight. The official scoring was a draw, however one judge made an error on his score sheet. He immediately admitted the mistake, giving Pacquiao only a 10-7 score in the 1st round despite that it's mandatory that he give a 10-6 when 3 knockdowns occur in one round. The other 2 judges scored it 10-6, the 3rd judge claimed he didn't know he was allowed to give a fighter a score as low as 6 points in a round. Since he didn't know, I'll take his place because I knew that when I was 10 years old. The corrupt boxing commission had the nerve to say the error wasn't enough justification to overturn the outcome. If an error that was admitted to by a judge, something that Pacquiao had no control of and that nobody could dispute, isn't justification to change the decision in the minds of the commission, then they're all fired. I'll do what they had a responsibility to do, give the win to Pacquiao and tell the commission to kiss my ass on top of that.
That leaves the Mayweather fight. Many of his fans are like Floyd, they're delusional and don't often tell the truth. If they comment about the fight today they will say that Floyd won the fight easily. As time passes by they keep stretching the truth. Floyd didn't win the fight easily, he didn't win the fight period. Don't take my word for it, ask any fan in almost any country that follows boxing.
When polls were taken in several countries after the fight, each poll had Pacquiao winning the fight. Evander Holyfield and Shane Mosley watched from ringside, neither had a reason to be biased for Pacquiao but they agreed that Pacquiao won the fight. Holyfield asked the reporter, if one man is trying to force the fight but the other doesn't want to fight, how are you suppose to score the fight?
Floyd Sr. was in Floyd's corner and didn't realize there was an open microphone nearby. About mid-fight between rounds, he was heard saying this to his son; 'what's wrong with you, you're acting like you're scared of the man. You better start fighting or you're going to lose'. You can't get a more unbiased opinion than you get from a fighter's father. In a moment of honesty Floyd Sr. admitted that Floyd was fighting scared and that he was losing the fight. All the other crap from Floyd and his fans can be thrown out, his father told the truth as he saw it. So did fans from around the world. The official record shows that Floyd won, the real record shows that Floyd fought scared and lost the fight.
I rest my case, Manny Pacquiao's record stands at 66-5-1 according to an unbiased account,..........my account and that of many others.

They all talk about Manny being small or not having power…
The only 8 time lineal champion…
I think you’ll find he has power, speed and agility.
Key point, he’s never thrown a dirty shot in his career - that’s pure class and it separates him from every fighter, even Ali threw some dirty shots.
Manny’s coaches have told the press, we’ve said to him “He hits you dirty, give him one back… but he won’t, he stone wall refuses to do it. Not even a little jab or a slightly low blow, nothing”

Notice he is great without cockiness, arrogance, disturbing trash talk, and expresses respect and concern for his opponents. its truly hilarious the amount of times I've heard it in his various fights over the years but i believe his career is maybe slowing down now hes fighting less and less and his last outing was a defeat but nobody can deny he is a G.O.A.T boxer.

This isn't the Manny we now know, he's still reliant on his one two left. Which is great, but the Manny we know that made him into a legend is his variations of movements and combos.

Отличный бокс! Что значит класс, не дать противнику навязать вязкую грязную борьбу и в конце концов перерубить , безо всяких финтов, чисто и убедительно. Мэнни реально велик.

When the commentator says Hector is smart to lean on, that's not the case, Pac is so humane to let him lean on, its so easy for him to jump off, which might hurt hector more.

The commentators are talking about Pacquiao having a few hot years, remember this fight is in 2005, and how he needs to get paid before he moves on to the next thing. LOL They have no way of knowing Pacquiao has another 15 years left 🤣

I forgot to mention that Manny's footwork, shooting angles the way he does is like no other boxer I've ever seen,I love it when he gets fired up and does that Ali shuffle,I always laugh when he does that! Where he gets his energy and stamina from I don't know, but his speed and power is almost freakish! The history of a great boxer isn't because he has a perfect win record,a great boxer is how he shows heart, getting back up after a loss, working hard and making himself better than he was before. Manny didn't fight only for himself or money,he faught for his family, his country, and went to his knees to pray before and after every fight, never loosing his faith and belief in himself or GOD! When a man isn't afraid or ashamed to admit his wrong doings in front of the world, stop his gambling, drinking, and being unfaithful to his wife, then putting himself back on the right path, only shows his faith and heart is stronger than his punch! That's a Man! Most boxers loose that determination and drive once they become famous, and money, greed becomes more important,Manny didn't,he never forgot where he came from. I watch his fights all the time, always amazed at his speed and power! Mayweather wouldn't fight him during their younger years, always finding excuses and a way out,yet claiming Manny was dodging him. He knew that he couldn't handle Manny back then and was scared to fight him, because Manny would have dropped him like a bad habit,in those years like when he was fighting those like,Cotto, Margarito! Wan Marquez never got the credit,or respect he deserved,he is one tuff, badass boxer as well..when a man gets dropped 4times in the first round, and comes back to make it a draw, that says how good he is,even tho one of the judges only credited Manny for 3knock downs which cost him the fight..

If you cannot match Manny's stamina he will take your will away.
He has beaten so many oponents who's skill set was much higher with stamina alone..
Conditioning and a good chin wins 95% of the time
