Not necessary anymore since everyone can play new EXVS in Vita3k.
The problem is phone dependent mostly snapdragon also vita3k also optimize the setting to play smooth

Snapdragon is a type of spec of your phoneVita3k is emulator of psvita

How can i put the files do you have a video plls
You just need to put the textures at your PSP/textures folder and that's it after that open your PPSSPP in app settings/tools and click on the developer options then after turn on the replace textures and open your game.
Where to put english
In texture folder I also mistake the download
Open the psp file you can see textures place there and the cheat place in cheat file
