I’ve got a Smokey Hut and it’s a dream. Still a great tent with out a stove in through the warmer months. Love your work Simon. I’ve now finished my old wool blanket (my nannas, RIP) bush shirt!

I'm in! Love the prospect of a single pole rather than the multi-pole skeletal structure my current tent requires. Maggie is obviously well-loved and well-fed, what a sweet, gorgeous pup! After my Samoyed passed my enthusiasm for camping waned, until friends offered to loan their dogs for camp trips. Camping is so much more fun and interesting with a dog's company and watching them watch the world around them. Happy trails, Simon, thanks for sharing your knowledge and adventures.
I used to camp a lot when I was younger and Simon you’ve totally inspired me to start camping again and I’m loving it. You’ve also been my number one source for ideas on kit and gear. I especially love my mini fire anchor, worth every penny (thanks Trevor). I hope to do some backcountry camping in the Canadian rockies next summer.
