As an individual with a BSc in biotechnology and an MSc in environmental science, I have worked as an environmental consultant for two years. However, I am now considering a career change and would like to work in biotechnology. If I pursue a second master's degree in biotechnology, how would the timeline work if I aim to join the industry afterward? Additionally, given the competition from younger professionals, will I still be eligible to work in the industry?

You will join as a jrf in a institute which intakes net jrf qualified candidates, after joining in a institute u must register for PhD. later on interview will be conducted after approval u can pursue ur PhD
Remember jrf and PhD are different thing but also It goes side by side

The edtech sector is growing like anything in this country right now. If anyone who has joined one of the edtech giant as lecturer and taking classes for neet regularly. But he/she is feeling zone out about not doing anything new and the also the surrounding is not as creative as doing P.hd is. But the one thing that is constant is the money that is coming on regular basis . But he/she is not feeling any personal growth , should we change the path towards research or keep doing the job ?

If the money is essential, start your research journey after saving up some, you can always go back to this sector after your PhD too, if you find it to be better. As a fellow human and researcher, I would suggest you to try out what you're passionate about atleast once.
