This is what has kept me from purchasing either of these palettes! I think they would look awful on my very cool toned skin, but they look pretty on some people.

I really love the idea of these palettes, and I'm so disappointed that she didn't make one appropriate for dark or deep skin tones. As a professional who travelled a lot in the before times and who expects to be back to lots of travel soon, this is exactly the type of product I want to see more of -- it's better than just your standard face palette bc it includes the shadows and face powder as well. I hope another nice and high-quality brand comes out with something like this soon. I'm profoundly disappointed that this was released in 2021, but I guess everyone has forgotten about their Summer 2020 commitments to inclusivity. (rant over :-) )

I agree but I do wish she’d put her new airbrush bronzer in these palettes instead of the Filmstar bronze & glow formula. Also wish she’d made a 3rd palette for deeper skin tones. At least it’s progress.

Hello Michele, i have seen a couple others who have had the same shadow of their palettes broken upon arrival. Clearly that shade wasn’t pressed well and is likely a dud in many peoples palettes. 🤷🏼♀️ It’ll be interesting to see how many others have had the same problem.
I like the idea of these, but I don't really like matte bronzers. Much prefer a satin, also she doesn't cater to tan and darker skintones with these palettes, unfortunately.
I originally thought I wanted the Pretty, Blushed Beauty palette before seeing this video but the look you created with the Glowing Beauty was by far more beautiful, so I'm now leaning more towards that one. I already have the Stone Rose Beauty palette.

I do agree it makes more sense to include a face power and it is so convenient to bring for travels. I personally like the lighter shade pallet so pretty 😍
I learned this trick to repair broken powders from Z Palettes: put the piece back in the container in its original position, pour a bit of rubbing alcohol, enough to just soak the broken pieces. Smush it back into place and let it dry. It won’t look as pretty in the pan as the original packaging of course, but you can still use the product it if you can’t get a replacement. I had to do this to a Becca highlighter that arrived in crumbs, but I didn’t want to risk returning it in case they run out of stock and can’t send me a new one.

I used to be a massive fan of CT products, but she keeps rolling out similar product ranges over and over again, which does not excite me, as a consumer anymore. Moreover, 99% of her products are very glowy, shimmery with loud and whimsical names, which does not cut for me anymore.
My eye shadow arrives completely broken, even more than yours. I saw other youtuber reviews, and some of them are showing exactly the same eye shadow broken. Already reclaim to the CT website for a product replacement and they said they will sent another one with express delivery. Let's see what happens.

I just got the light palette today actually like 3 hours ago lol. I've Been messing with it and mine didn't break. Sucks that urs did u should def tell them they need to send u a new one!! I was wondering if the other darker palette would work for me but idk bc the highlighter is dark and the powder is darker than the lights powder. Which the light palettes powder is darker than the original singles 1 and 2 shades. Thats so odd I mean she should've put either one of those shades in there instead. The powder that's in there is kinda alittle yellow. I don't have yellow in my skintone but I can make it work I think idk I'm neutral so we will see lmbo. I watched Angelika here in youtube review the same palette and she had to press the same eyeshadow down. So I don´t know if I´d buy this.. might be a pass, even though I like that they changed the the blush out to their famous powder, this way the palette as a whole is more usable.

I think that the corner eye shadow that is broken and came out of the pan is a problem with all of these pallets I have seen various reviews on it and almost all had this issue., and is only with that corner shadow on both of the pallets like it crumbles and falls apart.

Try pouring a couple drops of rubbing alcohol on the shadow that fell out. You can push it in with a butter knife and it will dry and be ready to go.
Both palettes look good on you but personally I feel that the second suits you, especially the eyes.
