I like how they do the prejudging but the divisions need to go thru pre judging and final on the same day. Making them wait until the next day for final judging is not right or healthy
I agree. The entire Olympia weekend schedule is focused on making sure people stay all night, and making sure people show up both days. In regard to timing, the athletes needs take a back seat. As a competitor, I hate two day shows for a list of reasons.
These categories need their own day or make it a 3 day event.
Even local NPC shows need to be at least 2 day events.
Went to a local show last weekend there wasn’t even a break between pre judging and the night show. Judges took a 15 minute break to use the washroom and wolf down a sandwich. That’s it.
Hundreds of bikini and wellness.
Men’s physique and classic.
Less than 10 open bodybuilders total.
But the crossovers kills it.
You have the same people entering in 5-6 different categories.
One chick entered…
Open wellness
Open bikini
Novice wellness
Novice bikini
Over 40 figure
Novice figure
Open figure
It’s a joke. Out of 250 total competitors at least 100 of them were in minimum 4 different categories.
Show began at 9am.
15 minute break at 4pm.
Got over at 11:30pm.
Dave takes every supplement known to man yet he visits the hospital as often as you and I visit the bathroom 🚽
I’d watch classic, physique and 212 before the open bodybuilding. They are not in the same league condition wise. Embarrassing really!!!
Classic should go on the main stage at 6 o’clock both Friday and Saturday right before men’s at 7 o’clock. Let the women come on after if anybody wants to watch.
They make more money on the women. There's a lot more of them with all the divisions.

@@Jacob-nu4nd men's is the main event. Main event goes last. If they keep you there all day then they maximize profit.
