Back at it with the #bfsfishing set up today, some nice perch on the #kuyingteton , super fun on this tackle!

I've got stuff worth big money, but last season I got 3 nice brownies around 2.5/3lbs on a £30 6' Shakespeare setup I got for my daughter. Pretty sure my Daiwa Prorex AGS rods gave me the side eye when I got home each time 😂 fighting a good sized fish on a small rod is brilliant!!
Absolutely, the fish don’t know what gear you’re using 😁 although this setup is pricey enough, rod was €170 and reel €88, there’s much cheaper options as alternatives, I just loved the look of these ones and they are super light 🙌

When summer comes around do you plan to do LRF on BFS? I was doing some LRF yesterday and only had soft plastics. I'd drop them down and sometimes instantly they would be bitten in half.
Yes man but I don’t think the saltwater would be very good for the tackle, I think it would have problems with corrosion 😁 will probably try for some wrasse with it though !
