Now I understand why bow wow act how he do. He should have showed this side to him. Everyone would give him more respect he deserves. All the childish antics made us think you was a man child who wouldn’t grow up. After after hearing this and you can feel his frustration as well the music industry is crazy. The fact he still made it through that as a kid is amazing. Criss cross didn’t even survive it

I don’t care what anyone says about Bow, his lane is different from everybody else. A legend in my eyes, entertainer, actor, rapper. I still blast Greenlight mixtape in the whip. A young kid with braids, wearing jerseys, driving cars, got girls, and got a big as dog on album cover i thought that was fire. He was surrounded by streets dudes but went into his own lane, that’s relatable to me.
This riff between Bow and JD stems from 2002/2003 situation. When JD left Columbia to be with Arista records. Bow never forgot that.

I'm an 80s baby so bow wow was just a lil younger than me and never caught my hip-hop ear but this interview seems extremely interesting for many reasons. Finally get to see him in a light that's not filtered with Industry/Hollywood BS and hear details that are not often shared directly by the artist who experienced them. Great Job Math and Crew!
