    Do any of the 2 bedroom suites have 2 people in one bedroom so are all the bedrooms singles?

    • @sommy_candy
      @sommy_candy  3 месяца назад +1

      I mentioned the bedroom arrangements in the video, where each individual has their own bedroom, and they share a common area and kitchen depending on the apartment style. Could you please check it again and let me know if you have any more questions

    Hi can you tell me the difference between the 2 bed 1 bath suite ($4,320), and the 2 bed one bath ($4,722)?

    • @sommy_candy
      @sommy_candy  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hey, sure: the 2-bedroom 1-bath suite ($4,320) doesn't include a kitchen; it has a common area with a sink, like 1315. The 2-bedroom 1-bath for $4,722, however, does come with a kitchen, similar to 1208.

      No, the only apartment with full kitchen in building 3 is the single.

    do you know if room 2108 has a kitchen?

      how difficult is it to get your room switched with the same roommate?

    • @sommy_candy
      @sommy_candy  3 месяца назад

      Hey, my apologies for the late response. Unit 2108 doesn’t come with a kitchen. It's the same style as the room shown in the video at 15:50, just on a different floor.

      @@cbullard1187 yes, it is very difficult to advocate for two people.
      If you want to advocate for yourself you can. Since the rooms are occupied, it is likely that one roommate may not show up or decide not to move in on time, which jeopardizes their housing if they don’t communicate with the housing office. An individual can request a room change by communicating with facilities, provided there is a tangible reason for the change.
      It is unlikely that both roommates would fail to show up. If that happens, facilities usually have a waitlist. If one roommate doesn’t show up, you cannot persuade the remaining roommate to move so that you and your roommate can occupy or exchange units. People generally prefer not to move once settled, especially if they are satisfied with their room.
      Facilities will only consider a room change for an individual or their roommate if there is a significant issue, such as a constant leak or another hazard which usually happens mid semester.
