I would say either Zimmerman or Tubman. Many freshman’s like Tubman. Zimmerman is a bit more quiet and the food is closer but it’s off campus and student would have to take the shuttle

It’s actually no longer reserved for upperclassmen. Apparently any class can live in the yards

I’ve been to that dorm. My nephew goes to the College. That is a college dorm not a personal apartment, not a house. It is a college dorm.
Yea it’s an apartment, it’s just MTV Crib style so we presented as ours🫶🏽

You complete an application and interview at the end of your freshman year
