@@monaproductions560 He is underrated by the New Zealand cricket supporters, I have asked my friends (who actively watch and play cricket) and the majority of them do not put Ross Taylor on their top 5 current NZ batsman. And I assume that this is the same throughout most of NZ cricket.
He is not underrated by the NZ team selectors but by the general public.

I have to say that New Zealand are the true gentlemen's team. They don't usually start as the favourites but end up winning everything from matches to hearts. They almost won the world cup and I have to say that they deserved it. I so wished that New Zealand won that match but Ben Stokes shattered all my wishes. Moreover, about this tour, they won it without williamson and boult. They are not dependent any one player to win them matches. They play as a team and do wonders.
As a team there are very strong
Their depth recently in all formats is incredible...Made 6 changes against england in birmingham(change of captain as well) and still bamboozled them easily... Won the t20 series vs bangladesh comfortably without williamson,boult,jamieson,neesham and CDG... This New Zealand side is a treat to watch in current International cricket..

A type of an innings,a captain should play,as Ross Taylor was stood up set at other end, and was playing his shots timely,and Tom Latham was bringing the Run Rate towards down,overall both played a same kind of an innings with almost same strike rate.
India may have lost the series but for Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul this may be the defining tour of their careers! Outstanding batting from both.

No one notices how Kohli is now starting to build a team with Iyer at 4 and Rahul at 5. No could've thought of giving a top order batsmen like Rahul the number 5 slot, but Kohli knew he had to fit a player of his calibre in the playing xi. Despite numerous failures at number 4 (and some success opening) Kohli stuck went with Rahul at 5 and gave him the gloves. Great on rahul too to take on the challenge, real team man. Kohli is building a great team fir 2023.

Kl rahul struggles against swing early but lately he has played well and probably the best batsmen right now but he needs to be consistent
Rahul is better against swing than iyer and against spin too sorry boss you just miss calculated the player. but who cares at the end of the day runs matter. iyer with his wrong technique is managing to score tons than he is better than rahul
