My favorite pie is a toss up between sweet potato pie & apple pie and, these mini pies would be good desserts for little kids for thanksgiving & x-mas.They can each have their own favorite flavor.

I love apple and pumpkin pies. Every yr. I make pumpkin pies in mini tartlet pans for Thanksgiving. Sometimes I also make pecan and Dutch apple pies too.
