Beautiful clusters!😍I loved seeing your process and the components that added extra texture…especially the thread bundles and the bits of paper with the punched holes. Great inspiration!
Thank you, this was so helpful to me. You are a very good teacher and your videos are well put together and so enjoyable to watch. Please don't doubt yourself, you have a great talent for journal making and teaching.❤
Aaaw I love this JJ community! It's the least I can do to give back, I'm so lucky that my career as a teacher makes that a little easier to do. Thank you so much for your support 🥰
Thanks for the cluster video. It was very helpful! For someone who has tried and they all turn out atrocious, watching you gave me direction. THANKS! ☺️
❤ Perfect! I love the clusters so much! You make them so quickly and make it seem so easy!! Practice makes perfect right!! Thank you so much for sharing with US. You have that signature style in your journals that is uniquely YOURS. I will try my very best to apply what I’m learning from you. Grazie❤❤❤❤
@lorettamaloney6287 aaaw thanks Loretta 😍 yes, the more you do the easier it becomes! Especially when you figure out the recipe that works for you! I hope this helps and may speed be with you 😆🩷
Thank you so much! 🩷🤗 I worried about posting this (even though i was asked) as there are already so many awesome creators who have already done these, so I really appreciate your comment 🥰
Thank you so much for doing this!!🤗🤗 No need to apologize!❤ This answered all my questions and gave me the visual I was looking for. ( I had searched RUclips looking for a video like this but never found one that was "user-friendly" ... As far as I'm concerned, you are the master of this process.) Your process is straightforward and easy to follow. 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
It’s like watching magic happen 😮 This was great, I loved it so much! Guess I’m gonna be a-cropodiling stray bits of paper tonight, such a clever idea for texture! And so sweet of you to make something special for your friend ❤
Aaaw thank you 🩷🤗Hmm, no I don't, they're all in bits and pieces, I have a video of how I start my inspiration, and then a couple making folios. This has been something requested, but unfortunately I don't make journals methodically lol, I very much stop and start halfway through things and work on something completely different. I make my journals by feel if that makes sense? So I can't even contemplate how I would go about making that video, but any advice would be very welcome! 🥰
Thank you so much for going through the process. I always get a block when I try and put clusters together. I like how you prepared all of your pieces first. I’m going to try that. Practice practice practice ❤️
Oh im glad that you got something out of this video! I really wasn't sure anyone would 🥰 yes, practise, eventually youll be able to do them without even thinking about it! 🩷🤗,
I really enjoy watching how you create - I LOVE clusters and have a truckload, but I need to get into the mindset that they don’t need to ‘do’ anything in a journal eg tuck - they can actually just be a pretty grouping of things to add on a page or pocket that makes me happy 😱 and other than that, serves no purpose - I really like your hole punched pieces, they are really effective - you are a great tutor and explain things clearly - thanks for sharing
@ 😂😂I can relate to that, I’m very clumsy, so I don’t make a lot of tutorials, because that would be a disaster 😂I don’t like to talk in my videos, but I’m practicing😊 so you’re videos help a lot actually 👍🏼🩷
Thank you. For some of us, it's amazing how daunting small things can be. I didn't request this but I'm sure glad someone did. One thing I was interested in was your process of putting a signature together, just how much do you do to your pages before stitching the signature in?
Aaaw thank you 🥰 as far as signatures go, I would say 90% complete before I make the cover and sew them in. I even have most of my pockets filled. Other than a few final touches if I come across a page I think is too blank, or a stamp, sticker or stencil here or there, I don't do a lot once they're in the cover. 😊 and my detailed pages, like in this video ruclips.net/video/6pipU60x7qs/видео.htmlsi=ursiyxBlHnY8qytX I always do first. I hope this answer helps, and thank you, that is a video I could share as well, I have been asked this a few times 🥰 I think a lot of people sew signatures in a lot earlier than I do🩷
@@sara-leearmstrong5009 Spent last night watching a movie whilst tear up paper, inking and punching holes in some. Putting together a tray bits to make some clusters which will be whilst watching TV tonight. Very therapeutic and they'll be ready for my journals. Thanks Sara-Lee.
Sometimes I do 😊 sometimes I leave a page black or stamp lines on it and use them to decorate a page corner, sometimes I use them to decorate a pocket, and sometimes I use them backed with stiff card and only adhere a corner to create a tuck spot for notepaper or ephemera 🥰
Found this by accident and yes it helped…….blessings on you…….smiles

Aaw Dawn this makes me so happy 🤗🩷 it can be hard to find a balance in tutorials between beginner and expert, I'm so glad it's helpful 🥰
No apologies necessary. Very clear and helpful.

Love this tutorial, very inspirational. You are a clever wee girl. much love. xxxxxx

Love everything you do. This was VERY helpful. Clusters are very hard for me coming from a quilting background where everything is “matchy , matchy”.
Oooh I can imagine it would be! Good on you for jumping out of that comfort zone without a parachute! 🥰
