Learn how to make BOUNTY BARS at home. A step by step video to make perfect coconut chocolate at home. It's a perfect snack and kids will love it for sure. Must Try :)
Ingredients:
1)desiccated coco(pisa narial)…2cups,(170grms)
2)condensed milk…. 1/2 cup(153grms)
3)milk chocolate….250grms
Method.
In a medium bowl, mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk to make a thick and sticky paste. Using your hands, form some rectangles with the paste. Press firmly to make sure the rectangles will keep their shap. place a heatproof bowl over a small saucepan filled with simmering water. On low heat, stir chocolate until melted, ensuring the chocolate does not make contact with water and steam whilst melting. Using two forks, dip one rectangle halfway into melted chocolat. And roll it to cover all sides. Using one fork, remove the rectangle from the melted chocolat.allow a few minutes for the chocolate cover to set. and ENJOY your homemade bounty bar
