Thanks for taking me on this nostalgia ride. This was the first fps multiplayer game that scratched that itch for me. I believed bad company 3 was just an announcement way for years...😢
The sound totally holds up to today's standards. Those explosions will shake your teeth. Overall, I'd say the campaign holds up to modern standards. I had a blast replaying it.
Yooo nice review. This is one of my favorite games of all time. I remember the summer before I got it! We played it for years! Just subbed wish you the best on your channel. I have some gameplay of bfbc 2 on my channel. Keep up the good work.
Some of my favorite comments are when people say my video brought them back to a nostalgic time. Thank you so much for commenting, and I'm jealous you have been able to play this game in multiplayer for years. I got to it so late, but I loved every second of it. Such a great game.
@@BoomanReviews I played from 2010 till like 2014.the Vietnam dlc was crazy man. I hope you get to experience it one day some how. Nothing is like it I'm telling you! Bad company 2 just had that punch.
BFBC2 compared to 1 was totally different story wise. Friggin the first story was full of funny quotes or watching haggard and glasses (forgot his name) play rock paper scissors in the background during important expositional dialogue was always funny. But the multiplayer was awesome.
The humor was unmatched in Bad Company 1. While playing 2, I expected to laugh more. There is some humor, for sure, but you're totally correct. The First game felt borderline like a comedy, and I miss that. I also miss this game's multiplayer. RIP. Also, thank you for taking the time to comment. That is very nice of you.
That's totally valid. It's hard to enjoy the game if it's making you sick. I know a girl who can't watch the Spiderverse movies because the framerate makes her nauseous. It's such a shame. The tank levels in COD 3 do the same thing to me.
This was THE game for me as a kid, i remember playing the first cod on the ps2 and thinking about how games will look like in the future, THIS was that future. Almost everything was destroyable, the guns felt weighty and had a nice punch, the sound design was top notch, the graphics was (to me at the time) photorealistic. I think the jump in graphics and physics from ps2 to ps3 is the biggest gaming has ever seen, sad that kids nowadays will never experience something like it
That's an interesting point. I can't remember when the last groundbreaking game from a technical perspective was released. We've had a lot of great releases that are fun, but innovative or profound? not so much. Hopefully we get something like that soon. The youth of today need it. Thank you for taking the time to comment.

This was so god damn good when it came out.. The sound is also extremely satisfying to this day I'd say.

Also your BF footage goes hard. Clean up the enemy team like you're getting paid for it.

@@Relentless_Venture I can only hope. It still bothers me I missed out on that DLC. Looking at gameplay I'd say it looks like a blast.

Video on point as always. Loved that game when i was younger!
I appreciate you!!
The fact that it had locked nausea-inducing "cinematic" FOV ruined it for me
