After consulting with multiple veteran mods I can confirm this is a completely normal playthrough, no shenanigans whatsoever.

Yeah I got the secret fan ending it's the best ending for any video game. To get it hold both hands on the train fan after starting the train until something happens then you know you got the ending.

They should’ve added a different non-cannon ending where you grab poppy in the middle of talking and it’s just a completely different game path where you and poppy both escape

I have no idea how you did it but one of the mommy's in the "die animation" has an unfinished animation. You can see it best in AstralSpiff's video about the unfinished version of the game
